RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all products sold on EsscoAircraft.com.*** (see below)
All products must be returned in their original packaging, and must be in new condition.
In the event of a return, the purchase price of your product will be refunded, less shipping costs.
OUR RETURN PROCEDURES:
1. Contact customer service with your return request. 1-877-318-1555
2. You will be given a return authorization (RA) number.
3. Attach RA# to package.
4. Send package back to:

5. Credit is given when received, inspected, and processed.
RA# will expire 30 days from issue, so please send package immediately upon issue.
***There are no returns without prior authorization. If the book or product you receive isn’t what you’d hoped for, you may return it (subject to approval) for a refund or store credit within 30 days, in new condition with any enclosed CDs, diskettes, or software unopened. If you need to return your purchase, please contact Essco Inc. via phone or email. Reference the purchase date, and invoice/packing slip number. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.
SHIPPING + DAMAGE CLAIMS
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS customer service within 5 days of receipt to report the damage. Save all packaging material for UPS inspection. UPS will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to the EsscoAircraft.
Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. Please call EsscoAircraft customer service to report the damage and schedule a reshipment.
